       Senator Brandes moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 127 and 128
    4  insert:
    5         (g) For the purpose of mapping by a satellite or drone as a
    6  commercial service authorized by the Federal Aviation
    7  Administration or under regulations promulgated by the Federal
    8  Aviation Administration;
    9         (h) As a part of a commercial drone service that is lawful
   10  and permitted under federal law or with authorization from the
   11  Federal Aviation Administration; or
   12         (i) For any other lawful commercial use by a commercial
   13  entity.
