       Senator Brandes moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 57 - 66
    4  and insert:
    5         (e) “Surveillance” means to monitor, track, or follow
    6  another person with the intent to intrude on the solitude,
    7  seclusion, or privacy of a person or a person’s property, if the
    8  intrusion is the primary intent and effect, and is not
    9  incidental to an otherwise lawful use.
