    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete lines 20 - 21
    4  and insert:
    5         (1) For purposes of this section, the term:
    6         (a) “Competitive solicitation” has the same meaning as in
    7  s. 255.248.
    8         (b) “State-appropriated funds” means all funds appropriated
