    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete lines 1224 - 1225
    4  and insert:
    5         Section 14. This act shall take effect July 1, 2015.

    8  And the title is amended as follows:
    9         Delete line 175
   10  and insert:
   11         portions of the act; providing an effective date.
