       Senator Simpson moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (591424) (with title
    2  amendment)

    4         Delete lines 627 - 688
    5  and insert:
    6         Section 18. Subsection (5) of section 514.031, Florida
    7  Statutes, is amended to read:
    8         514.031 Permit necessary to operate public swimming pool.—
    9         (5) An owner or operator of a public swimming pool,
   10  including, but not limited to, a spa, wading, or special purpose
   11  pool, to which admittance is obtained by membership for a fee
   12  shall post in a prominent location within the facility the most
   13  recent pool inspection report issued by the department
   14  pertaining to the health and safety conditions of such facility.
   15  The report shall be legible and readily accessible to members or
   16  potential members. The department shall adopt rules to enforce
   17  this subsection. A portable pool may not be used as a public
   18  pool, unless it is exempt under s. 514.0115.
