       The Committee on Appropriations (Joyner) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (841792) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 422 - 428
    4  and insert:
    5         (6) All water use permits authorizing more than 100,000
    6  gallons per day shall be monitored on a monthly basis, with the
    7  cost of such monitoring to be borne by the permittee. Water
    8  management districts shall implement this subsection by
    9  following the general procedures in the Southwest Florida Water
   10  Management District’s Water Use Permit Applicant’s Handbook,
   11  Part B, May 19, 2014.
