       Senator Montford moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 4211 and 4212
    4  insert:
    5         Section 42. Jerry Edward Brooks Environmental Laboratory
    6  designated.—
    7         (1) The laboratory building within the Bob Martinez Center,
    8  the facility for the Department of Environmental Protection,
    9  located at the site at 2600 Blair Stone Road in Tallahassee, is
   10  designated as the “Jerry Edward Brooks Environmental
   11  Laboratory.”
   12         (2) The Department of Management Services is directed to
   13  erect suitable markers designating the Jerry Edward Brooks
   14  Environmental Laboratory as described in subsection (1).
