       Senator Bean moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 511 - 516
    4  and insert:
    5         (e) Annually determine the appropriate premium credit based
    6  on the difference in the price of a benchmark product on the
    7  FHIX marketplace and the enrollee premium contribution as
    8  outlined in s. 409.723(5)(a). For purposes of this paragraph,
    9  the benchmark product on the FHIX marketplace is the bronze
   10  level plan under the Affordable Care Act. For plans on the FHIX
   11  marketplace, the agency shall annually establish a retroactive
   12  methodology to adjust premium revenue to the relative clinical
   13  risk profile of each plan’s enrollees.
