       The Conference Committee on SB 2514-A recommended the following:

    4         Delete everything after the enacting clause
    5  and insert:

    7         ================= T I T L E  A M E N D M E N T ================And the title is amended as follows:Delete everything before the enacting clauseand insert:A bill to be entitledAn act relating to the Department of Transportation; amending s. 320.072, F.S.; revising the distribution of revenues from additional fees imposed on certain motor vehicle registration transactions; providing for the use of moneys from such distribution by the department; creating s. 339.81, F.S.; creating the Florida Shared-Use Nonmotorized Trail Network; providing legislative findings and intent; providing descriptions and components of the network; providing for the planning, development, operation, and maintenance of the network; requiring funding to be allocated to the Florida Shared-Use Nonmotorized Trail Network in the program and resource plan of the department; authorizing memoranda of agreement and contracts for maintaining the network; authorizing the department to adopt rules; providing for construction of the act in pari materia with laws enacted during the 2015 Regular Session of the Legislature; providing for contingent retroactive operation; providing effective dates.
