    1                    Senate Concurrent Resolution                   
    2         A concurrent resolution providing for adjourning and
    3         reconvening of each house of the Legislature and
    4         providing for adjournment sine die during the 2015
    5         Special Session B.

    7  Be It Resolved by the Senate of the State of Florida, the House
    8  of Representatives Concurring:
    9  
   10         That pursuant to Section (3)(e) of Article III of the State
   11  Constitution, each house of the Legislature may, without further
   12  consent from the other house, determine its respective dates and
   13  times for adjourning and reconvening during the 2015 Special
   14  Session B of the Legislature, beginning Monday, August 10, 2015,
   15  and ending Friday, August 21, 2015.
   16         BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Legislature shall adjourn
   17  sine die, Friday, August 21, 2015, at noon or upon motion after
   18  final passage by the Legislature of a bill establishing
   19  congressional districts in this state.
