    1                    Senate Concurrent Resolution                   
    2         A concurrent resolution extending the 2015 Special
    3         Session B of the Legislature under the authority of
    4         Section 3(d) of Article III of the State Constitution.
    5  
    6         WHEREAS, the 2015 Special Session B of the Legislature will
    7  expire at noon on Friday, August 21, 2015, and
    8         WHEREAS, the necessary tasks of the 2015 Special Session B
    9  have not been completed, NOW, THEREFORE,

   11  Be It Resolved by the Senate of the State of Florida, the House
   12  of Representatives Concurring:
   13  
   14         That the 2015 Special Session B of the Legislature is
   15  extended until 6:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 25, 2015, under the
   16  authority of Section 3(d) of Article III of the State
   17  Constitution.
   18         BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all pending matters may be
   19  considered in the extended special session.
   20         BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Legislature shall adjourn
   21  sine die at 6:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 25, 2015, or upon motion
   22  after final passage by the Legislature of a bill establishing
   23  congressional districts in this state.
