       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete lines 456 - 544
    4  and insert:
    5         Section 23. Subsection (7) is added to section 477.0135,
    6  Florida Statutes, to read:
    7         477.0135 Exemptions.—
    8         (7) A license or registration is not required for a person
    9  whose occupation or practice is confined solely to adding polish
   10  to fingernails and toenails.
