       Senator Hays moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (913116) (with title
    2  amendment)

    4         Between lines 1206 and 1207
    5  insert:
    6         Section 11. Subsection (6) is added to section 1003.455,
    7  Florida Statutes, to read:
    8         1003.455 Physical education; assessment.—
    9         (6) In addition to the requirements in subsection (3), each
   10  classroom teacher is required to allow their students at least
   11  15 minutes of unstructured free-play recess in the morning and
   12  15 minutes of unstructured free-play recess in the afternoon per
   13  day.

   17         Delete line 2680
   18  and insert:
   19         credit; amending s. 1003.455, F.S.; requiring each
   20         classroom teacher to allow students in certain grades
   21         a specified number of minutes of unstructured free
   22         play recess per day; amending s. 1004.935, F.S.;
   23         deleting the
