       Senator Hutson moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 1130 and 1131
    4  insert:
    5         Section 40. Subsection (7) is added to section 721.24,
    6  Florida Statutes, to read:
    7         721.24 Firesafety.—
    8         (7) Notwithstanding s. 718.112(2)(l), timeshare
    9  condominiums shall be governed by this section.

   12  And the title is amended as follows:
   13         Delete line 139
   14  and insert:
   15         adopt rules; amending s. 721.24, F.S.; clarifying
   16         firesafety requirements for timeshare plan facilities
   17         or accommodations; providing an effective date.
