    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to railroads; creating s. 351.38,
    3         F.S.; requiring Class II railroad companies to develop
    4         critical incident stress plans in accordance with
    5         federal regulations; providing an effective date.

    7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    8  
    9         Section 1. Section 351.38, Florida Statutes, is created to
   10  read:
   11         351.38 Critical incident stress plans.—A Class II railroad
   12  company operating in this state must develop a critical incident
   13  stress plan in accordance with 49 C.F.R. part 272.
   14         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2016.
