       The Committee on Health Policy (Bean) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 30 - 34
    4  and insert:
    5         (b) “Primary care provider” means a health care
    6  practitioner licensed under chapter 458, chapter 459, chapter
    7  460, or chapter 464, or a primary care group practice that
    8  provides medical services to patients which are commonly
    9  provided without referral from another health care provider.
