       the following:

    5         (13) ADDITIONAL OPTIONS.—In addition to the rigorous
    6  alternative assessment options identified in this section, the
    7  commissioner shall determine scores on the Florida Standards
    8  Assessment which may qualify students for exemptions from any
    9  required end-of-course assessment.
