       Appropriations Subcommittee on Education (Bullard) recommended
       the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 420
    4  and insert:
    5  and school district grade calculations; however, such proxy
    6  values may not go into effect until the 2019-2020 school year.
    7  The 2016-2017 and 2017-2018 school years shall be considered
    8  implementation years for the new rigorous alternative assessment
