       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 316 - 317
    4  and insert:
    5  submitted pursuant to subsections (2) and (3) are privileged
    6  such that they may not be produced in response to a subpoena or
    7  other discovery directed to the office, and any such filings and
    8  related documents, if obtained from the office, are not
    9  admissible in evidence in any private civil action.
