    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to homeowners’ associations; repealing
    3         s. 720.307(5), F.S., relating to an exemption from
    4         provisions governing the transition of association
    5         control in a community that has a homeowners’
    6         association; providing an effective date.

    8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    9  
   10         Section 1. Subsection (5) of section 720.307, Florida
   11  Statutes, is repealed.
   12         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2016.
