       The Committee on Appropriations (Simmons) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (855434) (with directory and
    2  title amendments)
    3  
    4         Between lines 315 and 316
    5  insert:
    6         (10) The State Office on Homelessness may administer moneys
    7  appropriated to it for distribution among the 28 local homeless
    8  continuums of care designated by the Department of Children and
    9  Families.

   12  And the directory clause is amended as follows:
   13         Delete lines 171 - 173
   14  and insert:
   15         Section 5. Paragraphs (a) and (b) of subsection (3) and

   17  Statutes, are amended, and subsection (10) is added to that
   18  section, to read:
