       Appropriations Subcommittee on Transportation, Tourism, and
       Economic Development (Detert) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (176818) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 541 - 558
    4  and insert:
    5  ss. 288.0659, 288.1045, 288.106, 288.107, 288.108, 288.1088,
    6  288.1089, and 288.1256. Moneys in the Florida Enterprise Fund
    7  Account may only be expended pursuant to Legislative
    8  appropriation or an approved amendment to the department’s
    9  operating budget pursuant to chapter 216. Notwithstanding s.
   10  216.301, and pursuant to s. 216.351, any balance in the account
   11  at the end of a fiscal year remains in the account and is
   12  available for carrying out the purposes of the account.
   13  Notwithstanding s. 17.61(3)(c), the department shall transfer
   14  interest earnings on a quarterly basis to the State Economic
   15  Enhancement and Development Trust Fund.
   16         (a) By January 2 of each year, the department shall provide
   17  to the Legislature a list of potential claims for payment that
   18  may be filed in the following fiscal year under ss. 288.0659,
   19  288.1045, 288.106, 288.107, 288.108, 288.1088, 288.1089,
   20  288.1256.
   21         (b) By March 1 of each year, the department shall provide
   22  to the Legislature a list of actual claims for payment filed in
   23  the following fiscal year under ss. 288.0659, 288.1045, 288.106,
   24  288.107, 288.108, 288.1088, 288.1089, and 288.1256.
