House Comm: RCS . 01/20/2016 . . . . ————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————— ————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————— The Committee on Education Pre-K - 12 (Brandes) recommended the following: 1 Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 2 3 Delete lines 65 - 75 4 and insert: 5 (4) Students participating in the pilot program at 6 participating schools shall be reported and generate funding 7 consistent with the requirements of s. 1011.62, Florida 8 Statutes. 9 (5) The department shall: 10 (a) Compile student and staff schedules before and after 11 implementation of the pilot program. 12 (b) Provide access to statewide, standardized assessments 13 pursuant to s. 1008.22(3), Florida Statutes. 14 (c) By June 1 of each year, provide a report summarizing 15 the activities and accomplishments of the pilot programs and any 16 recommendations for statutory revisions for statewide 17 implementation to the Governor, the President of the Senate, and 18 the Speaker of the House of Representatives. 19 (6) This section expires June 30, 2021. 20 21 ================= T I T L E A M E N D M E N T ================ 22 And the title is amended as follows: 23 Delete line 10 24 and insert: 25 waivers; providing reporting and funding requirements 26 for students participating in the pilot program at 27 participating schools; requiring the department to 28 compile certain
