    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete lines 90 - 92
    4  and insert:
    5         (15) USE OF PUBLIC FUNDS RESTRICTED.—A state agency or a
    6  local governmental entity may not expend funds for
    7  
    8  ================= T I T L E  A M E N D M E N T ================
    9  And the title is amended as follows:
   10         Delete lines 8 - 9
   11  and insert:
   12         remains; prohibiting state agencies and local
   13         governmental entities
