       Senator Detert moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 1324 - 1331
    4  and insert:
    5         Section 38. For the 2016-2017 fiscal year, six full-time
    6  equivalent positions, with associated salary rate of 242,345,
    7  are authorized and the sums of $698,153 in recurring funds and
    8  $123,517 in nonrecurring funds from the General Revenue Fund are
    9  hereby appropriated to the Department of Elder Affairs for the
   10  purpose of implementing the requirements of the act.
