On Page: 073             Reduces $500,000 in recurring general revenue funds 
                         from the local homeless coalitions throughout the 
Spec App:  363           state, and provides $500,000 in nonrecurring general 
                         revenue funds to the Transition House Homeless 
                         Veterans Program in Osceola County.

DELETE the proviso immediately following Specific Appropriation 363:

From  the  funds  in  Specific  Appropriation  363, the recurring sum of
$2,700,000 and the nonrecurring sum of $300,000 from the General Revenue
Fund are provided to the local homeless coalitions throughout the state.

AND INSERT:

From  the  funds  in  Specific  Appropriation  363, the recurring sum of
$2,200,000 and the nonrecurring sum of $300,000 from the General Revenue
Fund are provided to the local homeless coalitions throughout the state.
