    2         An act relating to state designations; providing an
    3         honorary designation of a certain state park in a
    4         specified county; designating and redesignating
    5         structures in the park; directing the Department of
    6         Environmental Protection to erect suitable markers;
    7         providing an effective date.

    9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
   10  
   11         Section 1. (1) The John U. Lloyd Beach State Park in
   12  Broward County is redesignated as the “Von D. Mizell-Eula
   13  Johnson State Park.”
   14         (2) The following structures at the Von D. Mizell-Eula
   15  Johnson State Park are designated or redesignated, as
   16  appropriate, as follows:
   17         (a) Boat ramp as the Alphonso Giles Boat Ramp.
   18         (b) Marina pavilion as the Dr. Calvin Shirley Marina
   19  Pavilion.
   20         (c) Osprey pavilion as the George and Agnes Burrows Osprey
   21  Pavilion.
   22         (d) Leatherback pavilion as the W. George Allen Leatherback
   23  Pavilion.
   24         (3) The Department of Environmental Protection is directed
   25  to erect suitable markers designating the Von D. Mizell-Eula
   26  Johnson State Park and the structures as described in
   27  subsections (1) and (2).
   28         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2016.
