       The Committee on Criminal Justice (Bradley) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 75 and 76
    4  insert:
    5         (5) Nothing in this section shall diminish the private
    6  property rights of any private business or private person. A
    7  private business or private person may prohibit the open carry
    8  of firearms on private property but must post highly visible
    9  signs in conspicuous places to assure visibility to all who
   10  enter such private property.
