    4  insert:
    5         (f) A dispensing organization may not be located within
    6  1,000 feet of any school, church, correctional facility, drug
    7  abuse treatment center, or day care center.

   10  And the title is amended as follows:
   11         Delete line 59
   12  and insert:
   13         medical cannabis; prohibiting a dispensing
   14         organization from being located within a certain
   15         distance of specified places; authorizing the
   16         department to
