    1         Senate Amendment to House Amendment (926589) to Senate
    2  Amendment (with title amendment)
    3  
    4         After line 4
    5  insert:
    6         Between lines 891 and 892 of the amendment, insert:
    7         (4) Electronic prior-authorization approvals do not
    8  preclude benefit verification or medical review by the insurer
    9  under either the medical or pharmacy benefits.
