       Senator Smith moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 37
    4  and insert:
    5         (2) For purposes of this section, the term “religious
    6  organization” means any not-for-profit entity organized for a
    7  religious purpose which is primarily engaged in carrying out
    8  that religious purpose and holds itself out as an entity for
    9  carrying out that religious purpose.
   10         (3) A refusal to solemnize any marriage or provide
