       The Committee on Governmental Oversight and Accountability
       (Bullard) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete line 100
    4  and insert:
    5  contracts must include twice a month billing. Each contract must
    6  conform to the requirements of this subparagraph by no later
    7  than July 1, 2019.
