       Senator Thompson moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 384 and 385
    4  insert:
    5         (f) Establish a curriculum for a low-THC cannabis or
    6  medical cannabis educational program specifically geared toward
    7  qualified patients and their caregivers which addresses
    8  appropriate safety procedures and knowledge of low-THC cannabis,
    9  medical cannabis, and cannabis delivery devices.
