    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 173 - 175
    4  and insert:
    5  to treat a qualified patient suffering from cancer, a physical
    6  medical condition that chronically produces symptoms of seizures
    7  or severe and persistent muscle spasms, epilepsy, glaucoma, a
    8  positive status for human immunodeficiency virus or acquired
    9  immune deficiency syndrome, post-traumatic stress disorder,
   10  amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, Crohn’s disease, Parkinson’s
   11  disease, multiple sclerosis, or another disease, disorder, or
   12  condition of the same kind or class as or comparable to those
   13  enumerated; order low-THC cannabis
