       Senator Evers moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 366 - 375
    4  and insert:
    5         (c) Upon the registration of 5,000 qualified patients in
    6  the compassionate use registry, approve 10 additional dispensing
    7  organizations that must meet the requirements of subparagraphs
    8  (b)2.-7. and demonstrate the technical and technological ability
    9  to cultivate and produce low-THC cannabis and medical cannabis.

   14  and insert:
