    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to transportation facility
    3         designations; providing an honorary designation of a
    4         certain transportation facility in a specified county;
    5         directing the Department of Transportation to erect
    6         suitable markers; providing an effective date.

    8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    9  
   10         Section 1. Mary Ellen Hawkins Street designated; Department
   11  of Transportation to erect suitable markers.—
   12         (1) That portion of Golden Gate Parkway between U.S.
   13  41/S.R. 45/Tamiami Trail and C.R. 851 in Collier County is
   14  designated as “Mary Ellen Hawkins Street.”
   15         (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
   16  suitable markers designating Mary Ellen Hawkins Street as
   17  described in subsection (1).
   18         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2016.
