       Senator Soto moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Between lines 959 and 960
    4  insert:
    5         (c) A classroom teacher may demonstrate eligibility for a
    6  scholarship by being evaluated as highly effective pursuant to
    7  s. 1012.34 for 4 consecutive years. Such an evaluation may be
    8  substituted for satisfaction of the eligibility requirements in
    9  paragraphs (a) and (b).
