       Senator Bullard moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 963 - 975
    4  and insert:
    5         (5) Annually, by February 1, the department shall work with
    6  each state senator to determine criteria for the disbursement of
    7  funds within the senator’s respective district which are
    8  allocated in the General Appropriations Act for scholarships
    9  under this section.
