    1         Senate Amendment

    3         Delete lines 84 - 87
    4  and insert:
    5         (5) A violation of this section does not create:
    6         (a) A cause of action or a right to challenge the admission
    7  of evidence.
    8         (b) A cause of action for damages or any other relief.
