    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    4  insert:
    5         Section 4. The amendments by this act to s. 61.13, Florida
    6  Statutes, apply only to proceedings in which the initial
    7  petition for dissolution of marriage or initial petition to
    8  establish a parenting plan or time-sharing schedule is filed on
    9  or after October 1, 2016.
