       Senator Bradley moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 462 and 463
    4  insert:
    5         4. A vendor holding a license under to s. 563.02(1)(a) or
    6  s. 564.02(1)(a), having held that license in current, active
    7  status on June 30, 2015, subject to the following requirements:
    8         a. The vendor proves to the satisfaction of the division
    9  that the vendor had draft equipment and tapping accessories
   10  installed and had purchased kegs before June 30, 2015.
   11         b. The growlers are filled or refilled by the vendor or the
   12  vendor’s employee, who must be age 18 or older.
   13         c. The taps or mechanisms used to fill or refill the
   14  growlers are not accessible to customers.
   15         d. The growlers meet labeling or sealing requirements set
   16  forth in paragraph (b).
   17         e. The vendor does not permit consumption on premises,
   18  including tastings or other sampling activities.

   23  and insert:
