       The Committee on Criminal Justice (Gibson) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete line 47
    4  and insert:
    5  populations for elderly felony offenders. The projections shall
    6  also include the ethnicity and health status of those elderly
    7  offenders.
