       The Committee on Community Affairs (Hutson) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 1437 and 1438
    4  insert:
    5         Section 35. The Florida Building Commission shall adopt
    6  into the Florida Building Code the following:
    7  
    8  “Section 406 relating to the Alternative Performance Path,
    9  Energy Rating Index of the 2015 International Energy
   10  Conservation Code (IECC) may be used as an option for chapter
   11  553 and Florida Building Code compliance. TABLE R406.4 MAXIMUM
   12  ENERGY RATING INDEX shall reflect for Climate Zone 1, an index
   13  of 65; for Climate Zone 2, an index of 65.”
