       Senator Soto moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (420294) 
    2  
    3         Between lines 796 and 797
    4  insert:
    5         (c) A classroom teacher may demonstrate eligibility for a
    6  scholarship by being evaluated as highly effective pursuant to
    7  s. 1012.34 for the 2 consecutive years immediately preceding the
    8  year in which the scholarship will be awarded. Such an
    9  evaluation may be substituted for satisfaction of the
   10  eligibility requirements in paragraphs (a) and (b).
