       Senator Bullard moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (420294) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 800 - 812
    4  and insert:
    5         (5) By February 1 of each year, the department, in
    6  consultation with each member of the Senate, shall determine
    7  criteria for the disbursement of funds within each member’s
    8  district which are allocated in the General Appropriations Act
    9  for scholarships awarded under this section.
