       Senator Brandes moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (691108) (with title
    2  amendment)

    4         Delete line 14
    5  and insert:
    6  624.4625. A self-insuring organization must demonstrate to the
    7  Office of Insurance Regulation that it has the financial ability
    8  to pay for retained risk.

   11  And the title is amended as follows:
   12         Delete line 3126
   13  and insert:
   14         a self-insurance fund; requiring such an organization
   15         to demonstrate financial abilities to the Office of
   16         Insurance Regulation; amending s. 311.12, F.S.;
