       The Committee on Transportation (Brandes) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 16 - 54
    4  and insert:
    5         Section 1. Paragraph (uu) of subsection (4) of section
    6  320.08056, Florida Statutes, is amended, and paragraphs (ffff)
    7  through (rrrr) are added to that subsection, to read:
    8         320.08056 Specialty license plates.—
    9         (4) The following license plate annual use fees shall be
   10  collected for the appropriate specialty license plates:
   11         (uu) Florida Sportsmen’s Land Trust Wildlife Foundation of
   12  Florida license plate, $25.
   13         (ffff) Sun Sea Smiles license plate, $25.
   14         (gggg) Support Special Needs Kids license plate, $25.
   15         (hhhh) America the Beautiful license plate, $25.
   16         (iiii) Team Hammy license plate, $25.
   17         (jjjj) National Pan-Hellenic Council Sorority or Fraternity
   18  license plate, $25.
   19         (kkkk) Vision For Excellence license plate, $25.
   20         (llll) Go Boating license plate, $25.
   21         (mmmm) Paddle Florida license plate, $25.
   22         (nnnn) I Stand With Israel license plate, $25.
   23         (oooo) Save Our Shores Florida license plate, $25.
   24         (pppp) Furry Friends license plate, $25.
   25         (qqqq) Orlando City Soccer Club license plate, $25.
   26         (rrrr) Support Our Constitution license plate, $25.
   27         Section 2. Paragraph (b) of subsection (24), subsection
   28  (47), and paragraph (b) of subsection (66) of section 320.08058,
   29  Florida Statutes, are amended, and subsections (84) through (96)
   30  are added to that section, to read:
   31         320.08058 Specialty license plates.—
   32         (24) CONSERVE WILDLIFE LICENSE PLATES.—
   33         (b) The proceeds of the Conserve Wildlife license plate
   34  annual use fee shall be forwarded to the Wildlife Foundation of
   35  Florida, Inc., a citizen support organization created pursuant
   36  to s. 379.223.
   37         1. Notwithstanding s. 320.08062, up to 10 percent of the
   38  proceeds from the annual use fee may be used for marketing the
   39  Conserve Wildlife license plate and administrative costs
   40  directly related to the management and distribution of the
   41  proceeds.
   42         2. The remaining proceeds from the annual use fee shall be
   43  used for programs and activities of the Fish and Wildlife
   44  Conservation Commission which that contribute to the health and
   45  well-being of Florida black bears and to provide bear-resistant
   46  residential garbage containers other wildlife diversity.
   47         (47) FLORIDA SPORTSMEN’S LAND TRUST WILDLIFE FOUNDATION OF
   48  FLORIDA LICENSE PLATES.—
   49         (a) The department shall develop a Florida Sportsmen’s Land
   50  Trust Wildlife Foundation of Florida license plate as provided
   51  in this section. The word “Florida” must appear at the top of
   52  the plate, and the words “Wildlife Foundation of Florida” must
   53  appear at the bottom of the plate.
   54         (b) The annual revenues from the sales of the license plate
   55  shall be distributed to the Wildlife Foundation of Florida
   56  Sportsmen’s Land Trust, Inc., a Florida not-for-profit
   57  corporation, Inc., a citizen support organization created
   58  pursuant to s. 379.223. Such annual revenues must be used in the
   59  following manner:
   60         1. Seventy-five percent must be used to fund programs and
   61  projects within the state that preserve open space and wildlife
   62  habitat, promote conservation, improve wildlife habitat, and
   63  establish open space for the perpetual use of the public.
   64         2. Twenty-five percent may be used for promotion,
   65  marketing, and administrative costs directly associated with
   66  operation of the foundation.
   67         (c) When the provisions of subparagraph (b)1. are met,
   68  those annual revenues shall be used for the purposes of
   69  subparagraph (b)2.
