       The Committee on Transportation (Bullard) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Between lines 43 and 44
    4  insert:
    5         Section 2. The amendments made by this act to s. 322.051,
    6  Florida Statutes, shall apply upon implementation of new designs
    7  for the driver license and identification card by the Department
    8  of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles.
