       The Committee on Appropriations (Negron) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Substitute for Amendment (322510) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 103 - 107
    4  and insert:
    5       Section 3. For the 2016-2017 fiscal year, the sum of
    6  $500,000 in recurring funds is appropriated from the General
    7  Revenue Fund to the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission
    8  for deposit in the Marine Resources Conservation Trust Fund.
    9  These funds shall be used for the sole purpose of offsetting the
   10  reduction in the base vessel registration fees as provided by
   11  this act.
