       The Committee on Appropriations (Galvano) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 1433 and 1434
    4  insert:
    5         Section 28. Paragraph (d) of subsection (3) of section
    6  343.922, Florida Statutes, is amended to read:
    7         343.922 Powers and duties.—
    8         (3)
    9         (d) After its adoption, the master plan shall be updated
   10  every 5 2 years before July 1.

   12  And the title is amended as follows:
   13         Delete line 176
   14  and insert:
   15         certain periodic payments; amending s. 343.922, F.S.;
   16         increasing the period of time in which a master plan
